Health and Safety:
Conbextra EP10(M) : Contains resins which may cause sensitisation by skin contact. Avoid contact with skin and eyes and inhalation of vapour. Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye/face protection. Barrier creams provide additional skin protection. Should accidental skin
contact occur, remove immediately with a resin removing cream, followed by soap and water. Do not use solvent. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention immediately - do not induce vomiting.

Additional information:
The Fosroc range of associated products include high strength cementitious, epoxy grout, polyester resin based mortar for rapid presetting of steel shims to level or for direct bedding of small base plates; Resin Anchoring systems for same day anchoring of bolts in drilled holes in concrete or rock. Also available a range of products for use in construction; viz., admixtures, curing compounds, release agents, flooring systems and repair mortars.

Uses:
To improve workability and trowelling properties of sand/ cement mortar mixes during application. To increase quality of masonry and plastering.

Description:
Cebex 112 is supplied as an off-white to pale yellow liquid which mixes readily with water in any proportions. It is based on internationally recognised chemicals and is free from calcium chloride and similar salts.

Mixing Packaging:
For best results a mechanically powered grout mixer must be used. For quantities up to 50 kg a slow speed drill fitted with a high shear paddle is suitable. Larger quantities will require a high shear vane mixer. It is essential that machine mixing capacity and labour availability is adequate to enable the grouting operation to be carried out continuously. This may require the use of a holding tank with provision for gentle agitation to maintain fluidity. The selected water content should be accurately measured into the mixer. Slowly add the cement (and sand if required) and Cebex 100. Mix continuously for 5 minutes, making sure that a smooth even consistency is obtained.

Application:
Areas to be grouted should be prepared to ensure substrates are clean, sound, and then pre-wetted. The unrestrained surface area of the grout must be kept to a minimum. Place the grout within 20 minutes of mixing to gain the full benefit of the expansion process. Adopt usual placing or pumping procedures ensuring a continuous operation.

Roff Rainbow Tile Mate is a stainless, chemical resistant, hard wearing & impervious tile joint filler with a high degree of resistance to abrasion and impact. ROFF RTM-Epoxy can also be used as a high performance epoxy adhesive for fixing ceramic / vitrified tiles.

Method of Application:

2. Surface Preparation
Before commencing grouting, ensure that the tiles fixed are sound and joints are free from tile fixing adhesive.
The tile joints should be free from any contamination, dust, oil and water. Clean the joints by possible means and
ensure that they are not in damp condition.

3. Application
Using a hard rubber squeeze, press the grout firmly into the joints ensuring that the joints are completely filled.
Work in small areas to have better control on removing the excess grout material from joints and surface by moving
the squeeze diagonally to the grout lines.
Clean off the surplus grout from tile joints and surface within 10-15 minutes. Initially use a rough textured sponge
dampened with clean water to clean the excess grout and to remove the grout residue.
Use the damp sponge in a circular motion and keep it relative to the tile surface to achieve the flush joint. Do not
allow water to flow or run into ungrouped joints.
Clean the epoxy/water residue with a fine textured damp sponge in a circular motion, taking care not to drag epoxy
grout from the joints.
Clean off any light residue of epoxy left on the tile surface using an alkaline detergent with out disturbing the joint
finish.

Nitobond EP STD Base Resin is a two component epoxy bonding agent supplied in pre-weighed quantities for ready on-site mixing and use.

Mixing:
The entire contents of the hardener Can should be poured into the resin container and the two materials thoroughly mixed until a uniform colour is obtained. To facilitate application at the separate components should be warmed in hot water to a maximum of 25 0 C before mixing.

Coating:
Mixed Nitobond EP Std should be brush applied to the prepared substrate. The new concrete should be placed within 3 hours at 35 0 C to the Nitobond EP Std coated substrate, when it is still in a tacky state.
